I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were modern and up to date, but the initial one I got had a view of an abandoned office building and smelled musty, although I was moved to a better room after. The location was convenient, near many attractions in downtown but in a congested area. The service varied - some staff members were super accommodating, while others were rude later in the day. The dining experience was top-notch, offering a European-inspired menu, but some amenities like TV remotes had issues.
